So says Cleveland’s Bob Frantz of WTAM 1100 to Brian Clark, communications director for Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner. 

Well, he actually doesn’t get to say it to him because Clark hangs up on the interview when he can’t explain why Ohio’s Secretary of State is currently a voter fraudster’s best friend.
